[ST] Re: sprockets



I  tried Sprocket Specialists for the rear of my RS. First was out of 
round, returned it and the next was worse! I didn't want to mess with my 
hub, so didn't use it.. I talked to SS and was told they make their own 
alloy sprockets, but outsource the steel ones. I left them know their 
source was crap. Sunstar told me there was a sprockiet from another bike 
that matched the Triumph one. I think it might have been a 2000 Suzuki 
GS 1200. The bolt circle and center hole diameter are supposed to be the 
same. The web site had drawings.
I also like the stock front sprocket with the damper. Seems like it 
might save some wear on the gearbox by absorbing some of the shifting 
impact.
