Triumph will probably contact owners at some point to orchestrate the
recall, but you'll be better served by calling your dealer and setting up an
appointment to do the swap.  I called Canton Cycles 2 weeks ago, all they
required was a mileage verification, as they already had the VINs in the
system for both of my bikes. The service manager called back 2 days later,
confirming that he had the parts on the way, and the repairs are scheduled.

My Sprint isa already on its second set of the original type connectors,
they were damaged by the mechanic at the 12K service
My SP3 has a pair of nice steel connectors, my mechanic is probably going to
swap those out for the new factory parts, and I'll keep them as spares.  He
wasn't too thrilled with the way another shop installed them for some
reason...
