[ST] Searchable Archives Completed

It should be OK. but you never know. no real resting has been done. So
feedback would be helpful.

Although the archives might have a bit of duplication in them. These are
Mikes copy and Not Erics so the archive could change later. It's only
260Mb in size but the MySQL index is 2Gb. It's only running on an old
Ultra5 Spark (Solaris 8). But it is 64 bit and does have fast scsi
disks. But a 333Mhz CPU.
