[ST] Tie Downs

Per messages from others, the Canyon Dancer bar harness (available in some bike shops) grabs the bars by the grips, and has loops that hang down from there to put the tie down hooks through securely without worry of scratching or detachment.  Very easy to use and worth the money by a mile.
