Did you ever hear the term "better to be lucky than good?"   Never discount
pure, dumb luck, the powers of fear, primal forces, etc.  Physics breaks
down at certain levels anyhow.  Have you seen any dark matter lately????

Thats my theory, and I'm sticking by it :-)
