My BT020 rear lasted 9400 Kms. I replaced a few miles before I HAD to,
but the wear bars were showing. I'd look at touring tires like the
Metzler MEZ4 (ME880s won't fit). However, I'd put on another BT57 so I
could wear out the front and rear at the same time. It's not usually a
good idea to mix brands of tires. They are contoured to work well
together, but not necessarily with a different brand.
