Re: [ST] bmw R1100S



The one feature of BMW's that is often overlooked is the Telelever front
end. It is a terrific set up. It almost entirely seperates the braking
effect on the steering, especially while turning. I know we all realize you
must complete most of your braking before the turn down point, but what
about having the ability to take evasive braking in a turn when a deer jumps
out in front of you. On a BMW with the Telelever front end, you can panic
brake all leaned over and actually maintain most of your turning arc. That's
a big plus in my mind.
