I do the removing at home in the garage, then bring the old wheel assembly &
new tyres to the track.  As far as a secret for quick removal?, no.  Loosen
the axle nuts & bolts.  I grab the front forks (just under the caliper) and
lift whilst my wife places jack stands under the engine (where I tell her).
Then I use a floor jack to keep the rear off the ground.  Then I proceed to
remove the wheels.  The whole thing now takes me 15 minutes to take off.  A
bit longer to reinstall because I go slower and clean and regrease
everything.

Everyone has their own methodology.  I read other people's methods, used
what aids I owned in the garage, and put together my own method which seems
so far to work for me.  Provided the wife stays around ;)

Richard,

I am assuming that you are trailering your bike to the track for track days?
It must be tough to take that extra pair of tires to the track, and remove
the wheels at the track with a sparse set of tools. Do you have a secret for
quick wheel removal (hoisting the front wheel off the ground, etc..) at the
track?
