[ST] List issues

There were two issues on Monday -

One - I broke two of the submission addresses accidentally as I was cleaning
up the server - I restored these mid-morning.
Two - spam to the digest. Several pieces of spam got around my filters - I
have made changes that should stop that from happening again.
