Moto Guzzi does a helluva job with the V-11 chassis but I'd hate to
give up our triple's smooth power delivery and quickness.  You're
right about one thing, though.  The four valve engines (ala Centaro)
are a PITA to service.

Even with adjustable lifters, its a piece of cake with the valvecovers
hanging out there in the breeze.  Other service procedures like fuel
filter replacement can be a major pain.  But do they still put the oil
filter *inside* the oil pan?  I've seen some models with an external
oil filter and others with none visible, which means remove the oil
pan to replace the filter.  Another issue:  since the Aprila takeover
there has been grumbling from the dealers as to warranty policies and
parts availability.  You think getting parts for your Sprint takes a
long time. . .
