Yuck. I spent the big bucks ($50 each) on the LEDtronics replacements
and was very disappointed. I did a lot of reading, and it really seems
that LEDs just can not produce the same amount and direction of light
as incandescent bulbs, hence they really need custom-designed
reflectors to work well. With the proper reflectors they're great, and
an improvement over conventional bulbs, but they can't work well as a
drop-in replacement.
I haven't had time to make it pretty, but here's an old review I did
