[ST] ST bars on RS

Peckham,
I put them on my RS and really like them alot. More upright position suits 
longer rides. I just installed a taller windscreen today so, haven't tried it 
out yet. The stock screen with the taller bars was blasting the wind about chest 
high, quite cool in the winter. I'll keep the stock screen for the summer
