My wife and I have Rick Mayer saddles. We went to his shop and had them made while we waited. Hers was perfect. It took three trips
additional trips before mine was perfect. Not terribly inconvenient because I live relatively close. He's great to work with and
will (obviously) keep at it until the customer is satisfied.
