That's the rub isn't it.. If you want it as new get NEW pieces.  There are 
very , very few shops that can paint as good as new, and ones that can 
ain't cheap..and some don't want to do bikes since we tend to be fussier 
than most car folks.   As an example I want to get my hard bag lids 
painted. It's gonna run me about $400.00 for the pair..  These are a lot 
smaller than what you need done.  Wont your insurance pay for the damage or 
do you just have liability? Anyway I'd try and get estimates as Howard 
suggested and estimates for all new, or maybe get just the middle new since 
it comes with the decal corretly postitioned and applied.
