Rup,

In your bikes biography, you mentioned the front end vibration and showed the pic of the chewed up bearings.  FWIW, every year when I replace my tyres I clean and relub the front bearings with high temp lithium grease.  So far I've got a bit over 20K and the bearings are still good.
