[ST] Fuel connector problem

1999 Sprint ST 45,155 miles.  No failures.
2002 Sprint ST 41,000 miles.  No failures.



I wouldn't exclude failed units.  That's part of the comparision.  As for 
the recall.  That doesn't mean ALL of them will fail.  We proved that on the 
wheel bearing recall.
