Anybody else read the new Rider yet? What kind of a moron tailgates a 
CHP? I've seen the clueless who don't notice the red lights and siren 
behind them (personally on several occasions when I've been behind 
the wheel of a huge red truck on the way to a fire) but to not notice 
one right in front of you?
