Re: [ST] Small problems (common?)

I had the right side lens fall of when my bike was a week old- lost it at
speed on the freeway. My dealer replaced the entire assembly under
warranty. I applied a small bead of clear silicone to the lens/ body joint
as a precaution.
The screen mounts all have rubber grommets, with the exception of the lower
pair- the screws for these are noticeably longer, and fasten to nuts behind
the fairing. You'll need to remove the two plastic finishing bits on either
side of the fairing stays (inside) to access those grommets, and do a screen
swap. HTH.
