The Yellow Pages for any major city should have listings under
"springs-coil, flat, etc."  If you take in the spring from the other fork,
they should be able to match it up for a few bucks.  Worst case you could
have one wound for less than $72.  Another option: find a cycle salvage yard
and get a spring from a set of trashed forks.
