I think that is a bad idea. Recyclers here that I have talked to are very 
much against it. In San Diego, the city runs a hazardous waste disposal operation 
which is free. They will dispose of brake fluid and paint, among other 
things. Look up hazardous waste disposal in your yellow pages. Dave Collins
