I also performed this task earlier in the season (after Ken Mitchell
told me about it) and the change was amazing. I have since spoken to a
mechanic who said that he was taught about this problem and seen a
letter in an English motorcycle magazine from a high mileage rider who
does this every other week (both of these were not Triumph specific).
