Barry, hate to disappoint you but £380 may not be a bad price.  In America we'd be looking at $800+ for an Ohlins or Penske.

Triumph part is a 'shocking' £380 + fitting + tax! And
it never was that brilliant anyway. What did you buy,
where from, and how much? Does anyone know if the
