Kevin,
I just spoke with Janice at CMC.  She looked up the luggage set on the
fiche and the 'pad' isn't sold separately.  It comes with the bags.

Hi Rick - I strongly suspected as much *sigh*.  I may have a lead on a
set of old bags with the pad but thanks for the help.
