Adam,

I installed one last year, IIRC it was about 200 bucks.  Funny part was they 
have two part numbers for the rack, one with all the extra brackets to 
support the weight of a top-box, the other just the rack and mounting bolts. 
  The rack w/brackets is CHEAPER than the rack alone!  Go figure.
