[ST] RE:2004 Annual Ride to Work Day

How about an "Annual Ride Anywhere Without Being Booked Day" ?  I'm sick of 
those asshole taxmen that hide in bushes on the side of the road, I'm too 
paranoid to use the throttle in case one of them give me the 'wave' :-(  Might 
move to the Northern Territory, no speed limits up there :-)
