Janice, I wasn't able to respond yesterday, but I did lift Jeff in
prayer when I got your email.  May God show Himself to you, your
husband, and the world as the mighty healer.

As you, we are very thankful that he did not get injured even more
seriously.  Guard rails are know to sever limbs from flying body and are
incrementally better than flying off the road.  Guess it depends on how
steep the ravine is.

Anyway, please know that many are praying for a complete recovery your
husband.  I also know how bad broken ribs can hurt after doing an endo
on my mountain bike.  Mine was certainly much softer landing than
Jeff's.  Tell him we care about him.
