[ST] Kill switch versus ignition switch

Doc:
I believe that your question was answered very well by
another post to the last Digest. Since I have a '00
model, this justification from Ross Clifford is my
rationale for ignoring the kill switch in favour of the
ignition switch.
I have no reason to think that newer models work any
differently. No matter what anyone does or thinks, the
decision to power down using either method is a
personal one. Do what you want and be happy. If there
seems to be a problem all one has to do is to refrain
from the practise of using the kill switch.
All the best,
Howard Stephen Serlick
