Dude, I'm glad you're injuries weren't too bad.  Sounds like that had the
potential to be much worse...

Not too surprising that you can't remember, especially if your helmet is
damaged.  That means your head hit the ground, hard enough to knock you out
or put you into shock.  The last memory traces didn't have enough time to
get stored to long term memory.

Since the EMTs showed up, presumably somebody called it in.  You might be
able to find out who that was and have them recount what they saw.  It would
be a shame if the person who witnessed it didn't call it in; most people
aren't that evil, though, so there's hope.

Where were you in relation to the bike?  Were you near it?  Did it slide a
ways?  And where were you in relation to the intersection?

If it was very low speed, odds are you were right near the bike and the
intersection, in which case a collision with another vehicle is unlikely.
And, since you were turning left, if someone hit you from the right, it
probably would have put you on your left side.  And if there's no damage to
the left side, then somebody couldn't have hit you from that side.
