South Dakota's web site has a nice form for sending their governor an email:

I just sent him a polite message explaining how I won't be travelling 
through South Dakota on my tour this summer.

That is unless Janklow starts acting like a responsible citizen 
(unlikely) or the State of South Dakota starts forcing him to.

His lawyer must have no conscience at all (I guess that what allows 
him to be a lawyer in the first place.)
