Just an FYI- that email submission is for the new
Govener, Govener Rounds, not Janklow.  But I sent him
a note anyway. ;)  (Good stuff Matt):

"Please pass my congratulations to your Janklow's
lawyer who was successful in passing all the civil
liability on to tax payers.  And I guess he's  due a
belated congratulations for killing a fellow
motorcyclist and getting away with that also.  What a
world we live in...."
