Ira:

Vanson makes zip-together jackets and pants with venting (can't think of
the model #, and New Enough gets them from time to time. If safety is the
primary concern. though, Helimot, Z Leathers, and Spyke all have two-piece
racing leathers that are a lot more protective than 'street' leathers
(thicker armor, thicker leather, etc.).

Noncheap, though...
