[ST] Ding-dong, the buzz is dead

I'll have to put in some longer rides, but I think I fixed the problem with
the engine buzz.

After submitting her to the inept mechanics to sync the throttle bodies and
seeing no improvement, I went over every nut and bolt that I could easily
access (without removing the faring). The main T55 bolts, frame sliders,
and a couple of other hex bolts were rock solid (though the hex bolts looked
loose to the eye since they weren't flush). After that, I went around
tightening other odds and ends with all manner of allen wrenches, at least 4
different hex socket wrenches, and a crescent wrench or two.

The thing that was the worst off was the mounting bracket for the right side
pannier; the bolts were so loose that they were being held just by a couple
of threads! It's amazing the whole damn thing didn't come off!

I'm surprised that this would have made such a dramatic difference, but a
quick ride this morning (~1.5 hours) shows that all of the vibration from
the footpegs and most of the buzz from the clipons are gone. We'll see if
this really did the trick or if I just psyched myself into thinking that
it's better...either way, it's a good reminder that things come loose
sometimes, and it's worth checking everything periodically.
