Hairspray!

I just replaced the grips on my girlfriend's bike, using some hairspray 
I borrowed from my mum.  It took about 5 seconds a side.  Up until that 
point I had been struggling for half an hour to get stuck about half way.

Need to get in touch with your feminine side to do this macho bikin' 
stuff these days.
