Just has an email from the dealer:
I must say I have only met the guy three times, once to buy the ST, once on the 500 mile service and once on the 12000 mile service.

"Hi Mate.
 See what you have started now!...
Triumph will be recalling for the fuel hoses soon. Seems ham fisted yanks cant be trusted to reassemble without breaking the bloody things. Ho hum..."

I have just contacted my dealer here in the UK, they went on-line to Triumph and state that Triumph have no such recall as of 10:35 GMT Friday 30th April 2004.

I wait to see what happens.

I have spoken to Triumph UK this morning.  Seems that NHTSA may have
jumped the gun as even the US dealers haven't been informed.  Yes it
almost certainly going to happen, worldwide, but may take another few
weeks so don't beat a path to your dealer yet.
