[ST] Need Front Subframe

Greetings, Listers -
Just a wild ass stab, but does anyone have a front
subframe that will fit my '02 ST?  This is the black
tubular frame part that the instruments, headlight,
front fairing, mirrors, etc. mount to.  And I assume
it's the same piece for the RS?  My friendly local
Triumph dealer quoted me a whopping $248 for this
piece, so I'm looking to save.  I already have a bent
one on the bike now, so please, only those in great
non-bent shape, please.
 
Also need:  bar end innards and bolt, and right
passenger footrest ($63 new!).
