I didn't read what happened, but am glad you are on the mend. Thanks for 
the reminder  to use riding equipment at all times.  I sometimes go 
without, thinking "oh, it's just a slow ride in the country I don't need 
a helmet or jacket".  A vivid reminder of how fast bad things can happen 
when least expecting it.  I've been there and still forget sometimes.
