Ditto for New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland. I'll bet there
is more.

Anyway, when I must go through those tolls without EZPass I keep my
change in my left pocket and bills in my right. I simply stop, remove
whichever glove is on the side I need to dig in, get money out of my
pocket, pay, put the glove back on and go on my merry way. I really
don't care if it takes an extra 10-15 seconds. If it pisses off the
person in the vehicle behind me, then good for them. Maybe if enough
people complain about it we won't have to pay tolls!
