Just be careful about the inside diameter of the Helibar risers and the 
outside diameter of the bar.  There is enough difference that you have to 
shim the bar or torque the bolts so hard that they bend.  If you choose to 
torque until you bend your important stuff you will see that the bars are 
not contacted all around their circumference by the clamps.  Shim the bar.
