Order the 1 13/16" socket online from their website 
<http://www.sears.com/> and have it shipped to you.  (Of course, the 
site is returning an error right now when I try to view the hand 
tools.)  Or, call around to the independent auto parts stores in your 
area.  They're much more likely to carry the 46mm (or a 1 13/16").
