[ST] 46mm rear wheel socket.

I have been looking for this link since the socket thread a week or so ago.
If anyone is still looking, I finally found it.  The nice part is this is a
1/2" drive so no adapter is needed from the 3/4" to 1/2" that most sockets
this size seem to be.  I have used one for a year or so.
