So this may explain why John had trouble with the 'vintage' RD350 (although not why
switching back cured the swelling problem), and why it probably wouldn't be a problem with
Hinckley Triumphs as long as the system is cleaned properly.

Realistically, there's not much point in switching in the first place.  The negatives seem
to outweigh the positives.

However, I've learned something, so for me at least, the discussion was useful, and for
that I am thankful.
