Dan,
Which intersection was it?  I can think of several, westbound on Farmington
to south on 185th for example, which won't trigger even if a gaggle of
Triumphs are waiting to turn :o|.  I suggest you report the problem signal
to the local jurisdiction and ask for a report or a copy of the work order
which you then can take to court.  You can often do this through the city or
county website though if it involves a state highway, you'll need to contact
the state.  Beaverton has a report system here:
