    Very true, but in ANY and EVERY State if you are a properly
licensed driver operating a properly licensed and insured motor
vehicle, the signal is REQUIRED BY LAW to operate normally for you;
if it doesn't, it's inoperative by definition.  Your video, or that
of the cop, provides proof of non-compliance by the signal.  If the
cops video shows that you waited thru two or more cycles of the
signal, then you should be able to get the case dismissed with
prejudice and possibly even sue the bastard for false arrest.

    Gullibility test: To which would you lend more credence, an
official statement from a sworn Officer of the Court or something you
heard a parrot say in a pet store?
