[ST] Dreaded cupping

On return from the HSTA FOF event in Farmington, Mo. I noticed my front BT-020
was showing the dreaded scalloping pattern already! This tire is only a
coupld of months old, mebbe somewhere around 2500 miles on it (gotta look at
log).

Have also noticed rotors need checked for warpage again, these rotors being
the EBC's I replaced the OEM's with back around 15k, now at 40k. I'm seeing
the mirrors "dance" when braking at speed, as well as feeling that "grab/slip
pulse" kind of thing during the last 3-4 mph of coming to a stop. I have not
measured with the dial gauge yet. Installed EBC green kevlar pads with the
rotors, which BTW still have plenti-o-meatage on 'em.

Tire pressure this trip was kept a pound or so higher than the usual 36psi.
I'm thinking the cupping is related to the possible rotor warp. So the
question is what's causing this rotor warpage, assuming they are?

Thoughts?

Thanks all.
