Re: [ST] Busted...



All,

Interesting timing...after reading this message last week I was driving up
to a 4-way light controlled intersection with a Phoenix motorcycle (Kaw
1000) cop already waiting opposite me to turn left.  As I pulled up he
turned right (legal in AZ on red) for about 10 feet and then U-turned to
catch the green.  I always wondered the legality as I have done it many
times here since most lights must be set for construction traffic, not
motorcycles.  Anyway, if there is only one law then I guess a legal
procedure has been demonstrated to this RS rider.
