After reading a little on the Tuneboy website, it appears that if you
get the TuneEdit software, you can do everything that a PCIII would do,
and more...

Of course I have no practical experience with this, and am in no way
affiliated with Tuneboy.  I just did a little reading.  It doesn't
mention a difference between 99-01 and 02-04 models either...
