[ST] Source for 3m Clear Protective Tape in wide rolls?

A friendly lister on the ST1100 list suggested:

But I can't find if they list 3m protective tape
specifically, nor can I find where they carry anything
over 4 inches.

Questions:

- -Where is the cheapest place to pick this stuff up you
have found?

- -What is the widest roll size anyone has seen it come
in? (is 4 in. the limit?)

I'm looking to cover a couple of bikes, so cost will
play a factor.
