The new logo is too radical a change. In fact I think it resembles the
original logo more than the recent one. The original logo had the tail
of the "R" swooping under the "IUMPH" and entering the "H" on the right
side and becoming the diagonal cross bar for the "H." The previous
version saw the tail going up to the left side of the "H" but not
touching it and the crossbar was horizontal. The most recent incarnation
of the logo has the tail entering the "H" on the left side and becoming
the diagonal cross bar.

I recall reading somewhere that Bloor changed the logo when he restarted
the company to show that it was the "new" Triumph.
