Yeah, that sounds about right.  I don't necessarily hit it every 200-400 miles, but I do check the slack in that duration and adjust & lube as needed.

YIKES Is that correct? Every 2-4 THOUSAND miles? I hit mine every 2-4 
hundred miles.
