[ST] Valve Adjustment

I am looking at doing a valve adjustment on my 02 ST and need to know if the
clearances are the same as 99-01. I know that the shims are under bucket
shims now. I am aware that if changes are needed I will need to remove the
cams. But need to know if the torque specs are still 10nm. I appreciate any
help anyone could give me.
